1) Downlaod and save file on desktop.
2) Extract (unzip) file to desktop. 
3) Double click (setup.exe).
4) Follow instructions to finish the setup.
5) Double click the pc viewer icon on your desktop.
6) Go to file, select connect, fill in the following:
- Hostname: sis05.tzo.com	
- Video conection settings must be AUTO(1)
- Video: 65310
- camera control: 65311
- http: 8011
7) click OK to connect.
